This research addresses the industry pain points of low success rates, long development cycles, and high costs associated with traditional peptide drug design. It innovatively combines deep learning protein design with functional screening to construct a highly efficient AI-powered peptide drug design platform. The research team designed 10,000 novel GLP-1 receptor agonist sequences and precisely identified 60 candidate peptides that met the requirements for stability, efficacy, and diversity through virtual functional screening, achieving an in vitro validation success rate of up to 52%.

Even more groundbreaking is the fact that in vivo experiments have shown that some candidate peptides have a half-life three times that of smegglutinin. The entire design and screening process can be completed within two weeks, significantly shortening the traditional drug development cycle and providing a completely new technological pathway for the treatment of metabolic diseases.

This award is a high recognition of the innovation capabilities and academic level of our company's research team, and also a significant achievement reflecting the company's commitment to a technology innovation-driven development strategy. In the future, we will continue to deepen our basic research and technological innovation, strengthen international academic exchanges and cooperation, and contribute even more to promoting the globalization of China's scientific and technological innovation!
