Company Introduction
Focus on Protein Drug Design
Company Profile
Intelligent Medicine Original (lMO) Medical Technology Company
Founded in November 2023 by two senior professors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, AIMEDORIG is an AI-driven biotech company specializing in peptide and protein drug design. The company has built a complete technological capability covering "backbone design—sequence generation—structure prediction—functional screening," and has independently developed three major AI computing platforms: the TransProtein peptide and protein design platform (integrating core algorithms such as GPDL, GPD, and IDPFold), the TransCyclicPeptide cyclic peptide drug design platform, and the TransMolecule small molecule drug discovery platform, forming a complete AI drug design matrix covering macromolecules, peptides, cyclic peptides, and small molecules. Based on its self-developed algorithm matrix, the platform can complete the design and screening of tens of thousands of sequences in approximately two weeks, achieving a first-round wet experimental success rate of 52%, nearly 50 times higher than traditional methods. Currently, the company is advancing multiple proprietary pipelines in the fields of metabolic, neurological, and immune diseases and is collaborating with several listed pharmaceutical companies, providing a one-stop solution from algorithm design to experimental validation.

Corporate Mission
Making AI-driven Protein Engineering a New Paradigm for Conquering Major Diseases
We firmly believe that the deep integration of artificial intelligence and protein science can overcome the bottlenecks of traditional drug development, such as "long cycles, low success rates, and limited targets." Intelligent Medicine Original is committed to de novo drug design (DOD)...AgainWith dynamic structure prediction as its core, a closed-loop technology chain is built to enable efficient, precise, and scalable protein engineering, bringing truly accessible treatment hope to patients with major metabolic, neurological, and immune diseases.
Vision

To become a world-leading AI drug design company and redefine the development of peptide and protein drugs.

De novo protein design has become the mainstream approach for new drug discovery, reducing the preclinical research and development cycle from years to months.

Breaking through the boundaries of "undruggable" targets, dynamic conformation prediction technology activates the space of random protein targets that account for more than 30% of the human proteome.

Target

Continuously iterate on core algorithms to maintain a technological advantage in the field of de novo protein design.

We provide comprehensive one-stop design and screening solutions for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and synthetic biology companies.

Accelerate the entry of multiple proprietary pipelines into preclinical and clinical stages, and validate the platform's output efficiency and drugability.

Achieve a dual-engine growth model of "platform services + pipeline assets" to create a sustainable positive cycle of cash flow and R&D investment.

Market Prospects
A Vast Market for Peptide Drugs

Our company is dedicated to accelerating protein drug design research, focusing on developing a self-managed peptide pipeline. The global peptide drug market has maintained steady growth. Between 2010 and 2018, the market size grew from US$15.2 billion to US$28.5 billion, with a compound annual growth rate of 8.17%. In 2018, the global pharmaceutical market size was approximately US$1.3 trillion, with peptide drugs accounting for 2.19%, indicating a still relatively low penetration rate. During the same period, the peptide drug market grew at approximately twice the rate of the overall global pharmaceutical market, demonstrating strong growth momentum.

Industry forecasts predict that the global peptide drug market will continue to expand at a CAGR of 7.9%, reaching $35.8 billion in 2021 and expected to approach $49.5 billion in 2027. The Chinese peptide drug market is also experiencing rapid growth, increasing from $6.3 billion in 2016 to $8.5 billion in 2020, representing a CAGR of 8%. In recent years, peptide drugs, represented by GLP-1 receptor agonists, have achieved breakthrough growth in the treatment of metabolic diseases, continuously driving global market expansion and indicating significant future growth potential.
