Participate in the design, development, debugging, and optimization of the drug screening software platform.<br \/>2. Assist in completing application layer software code integration.<br \/>3. Responsible for customer software deployment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Bachelor&#8217;s degree or above in computer science, bioinformatics, electronic information, automation, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.<br \/>2. Proficient in Python programming language, with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.<br \/>3. Familiar with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker\/Singularity.<br \/>4. Familiar with Linux systems and shell scripting.<br \/>5. Familiar with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and proficient in SQL statement writing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Familiar with bioinformatics analysis workflows and have experience with protein design tools (e.g., Alphafold).<br \/>2. Familiar with common model training and inference frameworks, including but not limited to PyTorch and TensorFlow.<br \/>3. Familiar with Slurm high-performance computing (HPC) cluster management and job scheduling systems.<br \/>4. Familiar with cluster file systems such as NFS or GPFS.<br \/>5. Familiar with GPU task scheduling environments and CUDA parallel computing.<br \/>6. Familiar with multi-threaded programming, memory management, design patterns, and have good experience in concurrent (parallel) program design and development, with experience in model compression, quantization, and optimization.<br \/>7.
