Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the design, development, debugging, and optimization of the drug screening software platform.
2. Assist in completing application layer software code integration.
3. Responsible for customer software deployment.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, bioinformatics, electronic information, automation, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
2. Proficient in Python programming language, with the ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues.
3. Familiar with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker/Singularity.
4. Familiar with Linux systems and shell scripting.
5. Familiar with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and proficient in SQL statement writing.
Bonus Points:
1. Familiar with bioinformatics analysis workflows and have experience with protein design tools (e.g., Alphafold).
2. Familiar with common model training and inference frameworks, including but not limited to PyTorch and TensorFlow.
3. Familiar with Slurm high-performance computing (HPC) cluster management and job scheduling systems.
4. Familiar with cluster file systems such as NFS or GPFS.
5. Familiar with GPU task scheduling environments and CUDA parallel computing.
6. Familiar with multi-threaded programming, memory management, design patterns, and have good experience in concurrent (parallel) program design and development, with experience in model compression, quantization, and optimization.
7. Knowledge of web development, common Nginx configurations, FTP file storage or OSS object storage, and basic front-end experience (HTML, CSS, JS).
