Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the company’s administrative management system and the implementation of administrative documents, including drafting, receiving, sending, and storing documents, and standardizing document management;
2. Responsible for logistical service support, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of daily office supplies;
3. Manage the archiving and borrowing of employee personnel files, company qualification certificates, and other related documents, archives, and materials;
4. Assist in organizing and arranging company meetings, or prepare for important activities with relevant departments, take meeting minutes, and organize meeting notes;
5. Handle external liaison work and reception of related cooperative units and visitors;
6. Responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s office environment;
7. Handle detailed records and applications, approvals, and settlements for fixed expenses such as office water, electricity, telephone, courier services, management fees, and rent, as well as other temporary expenses.
Job Requirements:
1. Age: 25-40 years old;
2. Education: College degree or above, in administrative management, business administration, or related fields;
3. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution and professional qualities;
4. Strong affinity and service awareness, excellent communication and comprehension skills, and strong decision-making abilities;
5. Proficient in common office software;
6. Experience: More than three years of work experience, with at least one year in a similar position.
Salary and Benefits:
6500-8500 RMB, weekends off, year-end double pay, five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowance, transportation allowance, communication allowance, and housing allowance.
